"DOST Call Center 142" Limited Liability Company, a subsidiary entity of the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision (DOST) serves the purpose of receiving citizens’ information requests, inquiries and complaints related to all areas of the Ministry’s activity, including social provision, determination of disability, medical-social expertise and rehabilitation, employment provision, compliance with labour legislation in work places, as well as the use of electronic services in these fields and ensuring their prompt response or referral to the relevant authorities for response.
